Fees
REGISTRATION FEE for property finding
We charge a small registration fee of €388 (exc IVA) to kick-start your property search. This helps cover our initial work in understanding your needs and beginning the search. However, the bulk of our fee is only due after we’ve successfully found your perfect property and you’ve exchanged contracts. Our final fee is 1 -2% of the purchase price—dependant on property price and time spent on your search, ensuring you only pay for results.
What if you don’t buy a property?
If the purchase doesn’t go through or you decide not to proceed, you’ll only be charged up to a maximum of €598 (exc IVA), depending on the time and service provided. However, I’m here to help you achieve the best outcome, including negotiating a better price for the property. My goal is to make the process smooth, successful, and beneficial for you.
